Just Play partners with leading national logistics carriers (GHN, GHTK, Viettel Post) to deliver orders across all provinces and cities in Vietnam.
1.1. Estimated Transit Times by Region & Order Type
- Ho Chi Minh City (Metropolitan Area): Estimated 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
- Other Provinces & Cities Nationwide: Estimated 3–5 business days depending on district/ward routing.
- B2B Wholesale Bulk & Custom Teamwear Orders: Estimated 5–10 business days according to production and contract schedules.
Warehouse dispatch windows: 09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
1.2. Shipping Fee Schedule & Free Shipping Eligibility
- Standard Nationwide Delivery: 30,000 VND per order. Free standard nationwide shipping applies automatically to retail orders with a subtotal of 500,000 VND or above, and to all orders placed by verified B2B Wholesale / Distributor accounts.
- Same-Day Express Dispatch (Ho Chi Minh City Metro): 50,000 VND per order (estimated 2–4 business hours; standard free shipping thresholds do not apply unless a dedicated shipping voucher is used).
- Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are calculated automatically and displayed transparently in the Cart and at Checkout according to Just Play’s active platform configuration.
Upon-Delivery Co-Inspection Policy (Đồng Kiểm)
To safeguard consumer rights in accordance with Vietnam e-commerce regulations, Just Play supports parcel co-inspection upon delivery:
- Customers are entitled to open the outer package in the presence of the delivery courier to verify product model, colorway, size, quantity, and intact hangtags before completing payment.
- Co-Inspection Guidelines: Visual verification only; trying on garments or removing hangtags/seals prior to payment completion is not permitted.
- If the delivered parcel contains the wrong item, missing quantities, or visible manufacturing/transit damage, you may refuse acceptance immediately at zero shipping cost.
- Recommendation: Please record an unboxing video when opening your package to expedite support in case any hidden discrepancy is discovered after courier departure.
Official Payment Methods
Just Play supports three secure payment methods for online and wholesale transactions:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to the delivery courier upon parcel inspection and acceptance.
- Instant Bank Transfer via SePay VietQR: Our checkout generates a dynamic VietQR code pre-filled with our corporate bank account, exact order amount, and Order ID reference for instant automated confirmation.
- B2B Wholesale Credit: Available exclusively for authorized distributors and wholesale partners with an active credit agreement approved by Just Play Company Limited.

Handling of Delayed or Lost Parcels
Our logistics partners are obligated to maintain valid shipping documentation and protect parcel integrity throughout transit.
- In the event of delivery delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or force majeure, Just Play will proactively notify you via phone or email. Customers may choose to reschedule delivery or cancel the delayed order for a full 100% refund.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, Just Play will immediately dispatch a 100% replacement shipment at no extra charge or issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.
