Sales Policy
Listed prices (on the Website or Fanpage) and at the aforementioned store locations exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). A unified pricing policy applies across the entire system. Financial VAT invoices will be issued upon customer request, subject to an additional 10% VAT charge on the order. Invoices are issued within 2 weeks following receipt of payment (provided full and accurate corporate invoicing details are supplied).
Prices at physical stores and on the website exclude shipping fees; shipping surcharges will apply depending on the delivery destination.
Accepted payment methods include cash or registered, eligible credit cards supported in-store and online.
Holding and Storage Policy
Just Play provides complimentary holding and warehouse storage for up to 15 days. Customers requesting storage beyond this standard fulfillment timeframe must pay 100% of the order value in advance, and a storage fee of 3% of the order value per week will apply—assessed on the first day of each 7-day period following the expiration of the 15-day complimentary period.
In the event of an order cancellation prior to dispatch, applicable storage fees must still be settled if the 15-day complimentary holding period has elapsed.
After 45 days of uncollected storage, Just Play reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund of only 50% of the total order value.
Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Scope
Just Play provides nationwide delivery services via our network of partnered logistics carriers.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery dispatch is handled in two daily time slots: 09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries requested outside standard business hours will incur an additional surcharge.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from confirmation for in-stock items, and within 7–14 business days for custom/backordered items.
Customers are requested to arrange suitable receipt of goods according to the confirmed delivery schedule.
Any schedule changes, cancellations, or modifications must be submitted via the Just Play hotline at least 24 hours in advance for Ho Chi Minh City deliveries, and at least 48 hours in advance for other provinces. In the event of late cancellation, standard delivery fees will remain payable.
3. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping Conditions
3.1 Standard Nationwide Delivery:
– The standard nationwide shipping fee is 30,000 VND per order.
– Free standard nationwide shipping applies to retail orders with a subtotal of 500,000 VND or above, and to all orders placed by verified B2B Wholesale / Distributor accounts.
3.2 Same-Day Express & Special Delivery Requests:
– Same-day express delivery within the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area is 50,000 VND per order (estimated 2–4 business hours; standard free shipping thresholds do not apply).
– For deliveries requested outside standard business hours by special arrangement, any applicable surcharge will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Note: Just Play reserves the final decision on the shipping method to ensure maximum product safety during transit.
Warranty and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Warranty & Returns
- Valid proof of purchase from Just Play (e.g., invoice, receipt, delivery note, bank transaction statement).
- The product is not included in the restricted/non-returnable items list.
- The product must retain original tags, labels, intact original packaging (except where defective or damaged during transit), and any accompanying promotional gifts.
2. Return Procedure
- Inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to signing for receipt. Immediately notify the courier or contact our Customer Service Department upon identifying any defects.
- The Technical Department will reach out to verify the request, validate the return grounds, and confirm the return transaction.
- The customer shall return or deliver the goods to the nearest store or warehouse location.
- Customers are required to re-inspect the replacement goods prior to signing the exchange/return receipt.
3. Coverage & Exclusions
3.1 Applicable Coverage:
- Items not conforming to published specifications (e.g., incorrect fabric, material discrepancy).
- Manufacturing defects or goods damaged/deformed during transit (excluding transit arranged directly by the customer).
- Incorrect items delivered compared to the confirmed purchase order.
3.2 Exclusions:
– Items purchased under Discount/Promotional Campaigns or from Outlet/Discount Clearance stores.
– Damage resulting from post-purchase misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
– Any non-manufacturing defects.
4. Resolution Timeline
- Product replacement or refund processing commences only after the returned goods have undergone technical quality assessment.
- Product inspection and quality evaluation require 3–5 business days.
- The Technical Department will contact the customer to agree on repair or replacement terms and confirm the re-delivery schedule.
5. Return/Warranty Shipping Fees
- Warranty servicing is complimentary for eligible products within the active warranty period.
- Shipping costs associated with product returns are payable by the customer in accordance with the fee schedule in Section III.3.

Upon receipt of the transfer, confirmation will be issued and dispatch initiated. If delivery is not fulfilled or no communication is received within the agreed timeframe, the customer may lodge a formal complaint and claim damages upon demonstrating that such delay directly impacted business operations.
